Sawai Vilas offers exclusive villas with amenities such as private outdoor seating areas and sunbathing decks. There are 60 villas, each measuring 750 square feet. Villas offer the ultimate in comfort with king-sized beds, leathery Kota stone floors, embroidered interiors and luxurious furnishings. Each villa also comes with a mini-bar, so you can relax and still feel festive.

SAWAI VILAS Hotel Policy

We strive to provide our guests with a very clean, safe and friendly experience.
The hotel policies below are based on industry standards, management and operating procedures and our personal experience owning and operating Sawai Vilas.
These policies are considered part of the booking agreement with you. As a guest of the
Hotel, by reading and signing the hotel registration, you agree to abide by all of the hotel's policies, conditions and procedures. They are presented here to promote the safety and enjoyment of our guests and to ensure that each guest is aware of the agreement between Sawai Vilas and the guest.

Check-in: Normal check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Room rental time ends at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur an additional daily charge and tax.

Check-In Requirements: As per Government of India regulations, guests are required to carry a valid photo ID with address and present it upon arrival.

For Indian Citizens: Driver's License, Passport, Voter ID or Aadhar Card. PAN cards cannot be used.
For foreigners: passports and visas. The guest representative must be 18 years of age to check into Hotels.

ROOM KEYS: Room keys are issued to registered guests. At any time she will not be issued a room key to anyone under the age of 18. If you lose your key and need a duplicate, you will need your ID. Please leave your room key at the front desk when you check out.

SMOKE-FREE: If you smell cigarette smoke or other unpleasant odors, please notify front desk staff immediately.
This policy is not intended to discourage people from smoking, but to regulate where people smoke and the effect it has on others.

Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke only in designated areas. No hookahs or drugs are allowed on the premises.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: We will try to accommodate special requests. All special requests are noted at the time of booking and will be accommodated where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all wishes will be fulfilled in advance.
No Cooking Utensils: The use of cooking utensils in guest rooms is prohibited, with the exception of mini-bar refrigerators and tea/coffee making facilities provided by the hotel.

Swimming Pool: Abhaneri Swimming Pool is for registered guests only. Visitors are not allowed in the pool. All children under the age of 13 require adult supervision. No children under the age of 5 or pregnant women are admitted. There are no lifeguards on duty.
No eating, drinking or smoking in the dog pool. See the posted pool rules for additional usage guidelines and rules. These guidelines and rules are considered part of the House Rules.
